Solution:
Remote debugging does not use a specific port or range of ports. It asks the operating system to assign a port that is available at that time.

If you need to configure your firewall to allow remote debugging, one way to do this is to always allow the LabVIEW application to open whatever ports it needs to. For more information, please refer to the KnowledgeBase article linked below.

Note: You will also need to configure the firewall to allow access to port 3580, which is for the NI Service Locator. Remote debugging uses the NI Service Locator to learn the actual port the debuggable application is using. This is necessary since that application chooses a dynamic port and the client needs to figure out that port at run time. A link to more information about the NI Service Locator is provided below.
